The Korean school of Rotterdam is looking for a teacher to teach Dutch to Korean students. If you are interested in the position you can send an email to:
Feel free to check out their website, to learn more about the school itself (http://www.ksrnl.com)!
For some of you, it might’ve been a while since you walked the Lipsius hallways on your way to your lecture, for others, just a few months have passed. One thing we all have in common: we’re all Korean Studies graduates of Leiden University. The programme is growing and so is the number of graduates, a motivation to found an alumni association.
We proudly announce to you: the Leiden alumni association for Korean Studies ‘Chingu’!
We invite all Korean Studies graduates (BA/MA/PhD/staff) for a drink in the Pakhuis. Of course, the first round will be on us and there will be bitterballen and other Dutch fried snacks.

We hope to see everyone on 13 December!
We would like to congratulate all new graduates from the BA Korean Studies and the MA Korean Studies. We hope you’ll look back to the past year(s) as a wonderful memory and invite you all to become a member of Chingu, to keep in touch with other alumni!
Even though our website is still under construction and not everything is set in stone yet, as of today, the alumni association “Chingu” of Korean Studies at Leiden University has become a fact. We hope in this way to reach as many alumni and affiliated people before the start of the new academic year.
Membership to Chingu will be opened from 1 June 2018 onwards. You can sign up here if you’d like to receive a notification.
